Alessandro Dezi: In an ever-changing world, innovation and technology are the pillars of our business strategy. We are constantly striving to anticipate market trends and outperform our competitors, with the aim of providing cutting-edge solutions that facilitate purchasing and promote the growth of our customers. Our success is closely linked to that of our customers: we work to increase their margins and ensure sustainable and lasting growth.


How is the entry of new customers managed?

Alessandro Dezi: To ensure effective and customized integration, we offer new customers a dedicated onboarding platform. Here, customers can enter all the information necessary for validation, at the end of which they will receive the credentials to access our site.

Each customer is assigned to a reference salesperson, who carries out an in-depth analysis considering various factors: turnover numbers, type of business, geographical area and competition. Subsequently, in direct dialogue with the customer, the salesperson defines a customised price list that meets the specific needs of price, transport services and IT solutions.

Alessandro Dezi: Our relationships are based on transparency and a commitment to a thorough understanding of the individual needs of each of our stakeholders. This approach allows us to offer a high quality and punctual service in every operation, guaranteeing tailor-made solutions that meet their specific needs.

What are your main objectives in terms of logistics management?

Alessandro Dezi: Our main objectives are to provide a fast, effective and convenient service, constantly adapting to the specific needs of our customers and suppliers. Currently, we are developing a number of innovative automations and modifications that we are sure will surprise the market. We aim to present them by the end of the year.



What methods do you use to forecast demand and plan stocks?

Alessandro Dezi: To optimize our forecast management, we apply various mathematical models that allow us to maintain a complete assortment at all times and with competitive prices for the various sales channels of our customers. Whether it’s trading, sub-distributors, buying groups, key accounts, websites, marketplace sellers or brick-and-mortar stores, we analyze each brand internationally, considering price, availability, delivery times and possible problems in the production and distribution chain.
